RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our exchange and returns policy allow for the exchange of products in the event of receiving an incorrect product or if the product is damaged or faulty upon receipt. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with return exchange orders, and shipping and handling charges for such merchandise are non-refundable unless there is an error on Tara’s World’s part.
Tara’s World reserves the right to deny an exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet the stipulated requirements outlined in the Return for Exchange Policy. Merchandise that is used or damaged by the customer, except for cases where defects are discovered upon initial use, is not eligible for exchange. All items being returned for exchange must be in their original condition, with packaging and labels intact.
In the case of returns, customers have 14 working days from the date of receiving their order to initiate the return process. To return goods, customers are required to contact info@tarasworld.biz for the return address, as returns to shops are not accepted. The returned products must be in their original packaging, with labels intact and all accessories included, in perfect condition for resale. Tara’s World does not take responsibility for any loss of products during shipment for returns, and customers are advised to use registered post for return shipments. The customer bears the exclusive responsibility for the cost of returning items.
Items purchased with discounts or during sales are strictly non-refundable.
